Rick Ankiel was held out of the St. Louis Cardinals’ starting lineup for the second straight day with a sore abdomen, and manager Tony La Russa said Monday he isn’t sure when the center fielder will return. Ankiel, who has seven homers and 21 RBIs this month, missed Sunday’s 9-1 loss to New York after pulling a muscle the night before.
